Return/Exchange Policy
Customer Satisfaction is our priority at Fantasy Leather Lingerie! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase in the first 20 days, you may return your unused item(s) for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less a 10% restocking fee, less shipping and handling. The item(s) MUST BE in the SAME condition that they were received. All tags and sanitary protection must be intact – NO EXCEPTIONS! We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Items received after the 20 day purchase period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy, will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Sale items may only be exchanged. Fantasy Leather Lingerie reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we deem, an individual whom makes excessive returns and exchanges.
Final Sales
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered is considered to be in “other than new condition” and cannot be taken back. Lingerie is delicate in nature, and as such we cannot offer any warranty once the tags are removed.
All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs and hosiery -- NO EXCEPTIONS!
Procedure for Returns
Please review the Return/Exchange Policy, as any item(s) that are not in a condition that is compliant with our Return/Exchange Policy, will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Simply fill out the entire Return Authorization Form found in the original packaging.
- Ship package, at customer’s expense, through preferred carrier. We do suggest acquiring a tracking number and insurance on package for your protection, as we assume NO liability for return shipments.

- Exchanges compliant with Return/Exchange Policy will subject to additional shipping fees. See Shipping Rates for applicable fees. However, no restocking fee will be assessed on exchanges. We will process your exchange in an expedited fashion, so that you may Indulge Your Sexiest Fantasy IMMEDIATELY!
Backorder Policy
We work diligently to avoid backorders. However, on the rare occasion an item you have chosen is backordered we will contact you and you will have three options;
- You may choose to wait until the item is back in stock and we will ship it to you immediately.
- You may receive a full refund on the backordered item.
- You may choose an alternative item in stock.
Once again your Satisfaction is our Priority and we want you to choose the option that works best for you.
Shipping Policies
We only ship within the United States. No Exceptions! Most orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx, however we can ship to a PO Box for an additional fee of $5.50. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. If you have an order that needs to be shipped Overnight, or 2nd day, please have that order placed by 1PM EST. Any orders placed after 1PM EST will not be shipped until the following business day. Note we ONLY ship Monday-Friday/Business Days. Our shipping rates are as follows:
Standard Shipping
Orders up to $100 – Standard Shipping is a $9 flat shipping rate
Orders over a $100 – Standard Shipping is FREE
2nd Day
Orders up to $100 – have a flat rate of $22 shipping fee
Orders over a $100 – can upgrade for a $12 shipping fee
Overnight
Orders up to $100 – have a flat rate of $45 shipping fee
Orders over a $100 – can upgrade for a $35 shipping fee
Damaged Goods Policy
We stand behind our quality products. On the rare occasion an item(s) is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will take the appropriate steps to replace that item in an expedited fashion.
